The purpose of the automated collection and processing of personal data is the management, provision, expansion and improvement of the services requested at any given time by users and monitoring users' consultations.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations is obligated to maintain maximum secrecy and confidentiality on the information provided to it and to use it only for the indicated purposes.
Data will be collected on the corresponding forms that will only contain the fields that are essential to provide the service users need. Users are responsible for updating their own data; the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations will not be responsible for their inaccuracy if users do not communicate changes that may have taken place, for example, a change in email and/or mobile number.
Users may exercise their rights at any time to access, rectify, cancel or oppose, requesting this by any means that leaves record of its sending and receipt. The contact mailbox for the web portal www.administracion.gob.es has been designed as a mailbox for citizens' general information and support, pursuant to the terms of Royal Decree 208/1996 of 9 February, which regulates administrative information services and citizen services .
Data provided by users on this form will be added to an automated file owned by the State Secretariat of Public Functions, whose processing is subject to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on personal data protection , and its implementing regulations.
The purpose of the automated collection and processing of personal data is to answer the queries made by users and to obtain statistical data on these consultations. These data will be sent to the ministerial departments responsible for the subject that is the object of the enquiry. The ministerial departments that receive the queries sent to the contact mailbox for the web portal www.administracion.gob.es will be responsible for the custody and handling of the corresponding files.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations maintains the protection levels for personal data pursuant to Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December , regarding the security measures of automated files that contain personal data, and it has established all the technical means within its reach to avoid the loss, ill use, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the personal data provided, without prejudice to the fact that Internet security measures are not impregnable.
