Quality of services
Society is transforming and the Administration responds to these new challenges for you by assessing the quality of the services it provides. The Administration wants to put you -as a citizen- at the centre of its decision making process.
To improve, we need to know how we provide you these services, what the good management practices are, and which aspects need to be modified in order to obtain good results.
Responsible for all this work is the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and Quality of Services (AEVAL). .
To achieve this, documents were created called Service charters that are an instrument the public bodies use to notify you on the services they provide and the quality commitments in providing them, indicating the rights you have in regard to these services. Go to all of the General state administration's service charters.
