Cost of the call

The price of a call to the 060 help line is established by your operator::

  • from a landline: the same cost as an interprovincial call.
  • from a mobile phone: the cost of a call to a national landline number.

IMPORTANT: Some telephone providers consider the cost of a call to 060 as that of a short code call. This means that a call to 060 may include a special cost not included in the likes of 'ADSL/fiber optic + calls' contracts, or similar mobile phone contracts. Thus, even if national calls are included in your landline contract or there is a special cost for national calls on your mobile, the cost of calls to 060 will depend on the cost your service provider sets for interprovincial calls (without a contract). We recommend that you contact your telephone provider's customer service for further information.
